Origin
The Primavera Family lot was created from 10-15 small producers in San Antonio Huista in the Huehuetenango region and yields an incredibly rich, versatile cup of coffee. The farmers are able to reinvest in their farms and wet mills with the support of their quality coffees. Primavera values full transparency and traceability to each producer in their supply chain. The beans feature Caturra, Catuai, and Bourbon varietals grown in clay soil. The green product is washed in each individuals' wet mill and the sun dried on patios.
