Origin

This bean has typically been roasted as one of our light roast offerings, but it offers such versatility that we found it a nice home as a dark roast as well. Still true to the fruit of the bean, while also offering a full body and chocolate dynamic that should satisfy lovers of a classic dark roast. Experience the unique taste of this Ethiopia Gedeb Natural from Halo Bariti, sourced from the family-owned farms of the Halo Bariti cooperative located in the remote Worka zone. Established in 2012, the cooperative is already producing exceptional coffee flavors thanks to the zone's high altitude cultivation area. The resulting cup profile is truly one-of-a-kind, making this coffee a must-try for any coffee lover.
