Never skip a beat. Subscribe and save. You choose how often and the bean or roasts you want, and we'll make sure we deliver on your coffee needs exactly how you want. Pause or stop at any time through your account or by shooting us an email. 

Simply visit the coffee of your choice and select the Subscribe and Save option. Note that some beans are limited roasts. If we no longer have the beans, we'll contact you to choose a new option moving forward.

After the initial payment, each subsequent payment will be processed on Tuesdays.

Yes! If you don't see the right combination of beans or interval lengths on the product pages, we are happy to build any sort of subscription within our means. Email us and we can set something up for you.

We love all types and are happy to work with you on whichever method you like to use. Please reach out via email, and we'll be happy to provide help.

We ship Mon, Wed, Fri, in the afternoon. We will ship your coffee as close to possible to when you order it.

Occasionally. Certification is expensive for farmers so while our coffees are farmed organically they may not be certified as such. If they are certified, it will be noted on the product page.

Our founder Brad is a pro sound engineer and lifelong music lover. It stems from his love of underground electronic music and classic rock from his youth. Brad's other company, our sister company Waveworks AV, is one of the Bay Area's leading audio-visual companies with a focus on dance and electronic music.

If you're unhappy for any reason, get in touch with us, and we'll make it right. We know you'll find a coffee you'll like.

We try to keep fan favorites as long as we can, but when we are out of something we are out! That being said, we try to buy from our favorite farms and producers. Crop varies from year to year but we aim to find the good stuff.

If you loved something in particular that we no longer have, reach out to us so we can provide some great alternatives.
