A product of the Cerro Blanco Producers Association, this collective of family farms use traditional growing methods with a respect for the local heritage and a prioritization of environmental sustainability. The community of La Victoria has a long tradition of coffee production passed down through generations. As a cooperative they pool skills and processing resources to bring their high-quality coffee to the world.

We appreciate their dedication to organic farming and natural processing on sun-dried patios. This fresh harvest has all the depth and character we look for in an excellent medium roast. Enough complexity and fruit to appeal to light roast enjoyers but enough body for a classic and satisfying brewed cup. It's our first roast from the region and we expect it to be a new favorite for fans of our recent Honduras and Ethiopia medium roasts.
