Origin
This naturally processed Brazil comes from the regions of São Paolo & Paraná. Grown by Neto Ribeiro, Marcelo Valdevino, Luiz Saldanha at the Sítio Teixeira, Fazenda California, Fazenda Santa Maria farms. A blend of Catuai and Mundo Novo, the beans are naturally processed to develop the complex flavor and sun dried on patios before import.
We love this bean as a component in our Piccino espresso blend and our Counterpoint blend, but it delivers impressively as a standalone roast. With low acidity, and intense sweetness and cocoa it's delicious served as an espresso, while presenting a refined take of a flavorful dark roast. An exciting expression of a classic Brazilian bean.
